To all of my friends 50 years and up... most of us are going through the next phase of our lives. We're at that age where we see wrinkles, gray hair, and extra pounds. We have run households, paid the bills, and dealt with sickness, sadness, childhood trauma, and everything else life has assigned us. We are survivors... we are warriors in the quiet... we are like a classic car or a fine wine. Even if our bodies may not be what they once were, they carry our souls, our courage, and our strength. We shall all enter this chapter of our lives with humility, grace, and pride over everything we have been through, and we should never feel bad about getting older. It's a privilege that is denied to so many.

I challenge you to copy proudly with your picture. Keep climbing the ladder of life!

Ya Wanna Fight, Better??????
OK my friends & brothers, Its that time of year again. Everyone gearing up for a run at this or that. I am looking to do as many Seminars as possible & NOW is the time to take advantage of this old mans 48 years of loving to fight!! I am interested in teaching people who like to & know how to fight but just wanna maybe take it to another level. I focus on what is real & what works. From reading people, to hitting the Target. POINTS, FULL CONTACT or SELF DEFENSE !!! I am available by the class, the day, week or whatever you need, SEMINARS or PRIVATE LESSONS. If interested get in touch before I am gone. I LOVE to FIGHT!! It seems this is actually the first of what I call the 3 B's. They are basically a subset of primary yet indirect targets. The first B is for BREATHING. When you engage someone you should be aware of his breathe. Is he gasping & breathing in/out of the chest? Is it noticeable or is it relaxed? If you can detect the rhythm of his breathing attack his inhales. Light body shot at just the right time will do max.damage, especially if he is not expecting it. In fact, If you jik or feint at him you can disrupt his breathing without even touching him. The BREATHING should be attacked at every opportunity, whether you actually get to hit him or not. Make him think he is under pressure & is being hit constantly. BREATHING is a great TARGET!! The second B of the 3 is BALANCE. It controls everything you do offense - defense & everything in between. So if you are engaging someone ALWAYS check his Balance every time you get close enough sweep him. To the point where he has to constantly worry about it!! There is hardly anything as scary as busting your ass when you didn't expect it!! Now these should be your little gift everytime you are close enough to thump his body or sweep his feet make him worried about it. Don't get so focused that he draws you into a trap, but non chalantly just when he least expects it. Mentally project things at him, tell him you are going do one thing & do something else. These TARGETS should always be attacked subtley, like its an after thought. If you constantly Tell him you are not going to attack, then do! Anything that will be different & a surprise. BREATHING & BALANCE are your 2 easiest accessible & the most obvious to attack.
Think about these 2 B's. What do you think the 3rd B will be? It is actually the most important, when used properly & is for & can change the whole outcome of a fight. I will expound on it tomorrow. Does anyone have any ideas or guesses??? Think about it!! Or any questions on the first 2 Bs???
