First class nerves? We’ve all been there🩵
If you’re taking your first BODYBAR class, here’s what to expect:
⭐️A welcoming community
⭐️An instructor who will guide you every step of the way
⭐️A full-body workout that challenges you in all the best ways
⭐️Muscles you didn’t know existed
⭐️A little shaking (it’s okay, we embrace it here)

Monday night was one for the books! We loved celebrating two amazing years of Pilates, friendship, and community with all of you. 🤍
To our incredible members: thank you for being such an important part of our studio and for continuing to show up, support us, and grow with us. We’re so grateful for every single one of you! 🫶

We asked Shelly to share her thoughts and experiences through a few questions.

1. What has your experience been like with Bodybar Burleson?
Best experience in my 20 years of working out and my body is pain free due to all the exercises and stretching we do.

2. What keeps you motivated to keep showing up for yourself?
The staff motivates me as well as the way I feel and all the amazing members. It’s like a family!

3. What is your favorite class to take?
Fusion is my favorite class

4. If you could describe Bodybar in one word what would it be?
INCREDIBLE
