Beginner Wing Chun Kung Fu

Wing Chun Kuen is a form of traditional Chinese Kung Fu.

Invented by a woman, the style uses precise technique to overcome opponents regardless of their size or strength. Consisting primarily of two person drills, the class progresses from simple technique, to self defense against unarmed, armed and even multiple opponents. Drowning is a leading cause of accidental death for kids under the age of five and toddlers are especially at risk. There have already been 11 deaths due to drowning in Texas in 2024. AKFB is glad to see the City of Burleson taking an active role in drowning prevention!
