Shout out to Kinley 🏐 for absolutely kicking butt recently and for giving us such an excellent example of how we train vertical jump power!

One pairing we love is trap bar triple extensions and band-assisted vertical jumps. This allows us to train both force and velocity qualities.

The loaded triple extension helps develop force production, while the assisted jumps allow athletes to express that force at greater speeds.

More power = better jumping ⬆️

This exclusive summer training program is designed to help our athletes get stronger, move better, and prepare for an incredible season ahead! 💪🔥

👨‍👩‍👧 First-time attendees: A parent or guardian must be present at the beginning of the first class to sign a liability waiver.
