for sport bike riders The road is closed down for this event, there is no cost to participate, renting a room at the motel is encouraged Riders are placed in groups of 15-20 with faster riders up front and slower riders in the rear. This is not a race and riders MUST cooperate with other riders to establish a reasonable order to ride in. There will always be control riders present in the groups a
nd we will pull a rider out if that rider is being dangerous. There is always a chase rider (wearing and orange vest) who is the key to a safe operation. Groups will start at the grid entrance and when signaled by the grid marshal ride to the end of the course. There is no passing by participants on the course, if you are being held back by the rider in front of you move up at the turn around. Once at the turn around the group will wait for the chase rider to arrive and give the all clear for the lead rider to ride back to the start point. This process is repeated for aprox 20 min at which time a new group will take their turn.
