Some of our Halo members are officially competing in the CrossFit Open, so come cheer them on! Not registered for the Open? No problem. You can still jump in for the workout and be part of Friday Night Lights. All levels are welcome.

🍽️ Potluck will kick off after the final heat at 6PM
Be sure to fill out the sign up sheet at the gym with what you’re bringing so we can plan ahead and have a solid spread.

Day 1/3 Friday Night Lights ✅

📣 Attention Halo CrossFitters❗️
CROSSFIT703 classes move to 1 hour sessions starting January 28 (and this change is very intentional).

But why? It’s about using our time better. More space to warm up with purpose so bodies are actually ready to move instead of feeling rushed. More time to slow things down when needed, ask questions, and actually understand what’s being coached.

That extra time also matters for connection. More chances to talk with your peers, learn names, and feel comfortable in the room instead of just passing through.

Intensity drives results, but intention creates intensity.
And sometimes intention needs more time.

CrossFit really is for everyone no matter your strength, age, or starting point.

“But wait? I see some of the workouts like pull ups, power snatches, and handstand push ups and I definitely can’t do those?”

You might not be able to now, but you have to start with a foundational base somewhere. Scaling isn’t the easy route, it’s what helps you grow safely and stay consistent. If you ever need weight suggestions, scaling options, or want to push yourself a little more, feel free to ask one of our experienced coaches. Push at your level and you’ll be surprised at how far you’ll go. 💪✨
