Fitness on Main Our mission is to promote public health in our community through services and education.

We promote community health and wellness in the Burke, South Dakota area. Our goals are to provide services, education, and resources for physical health, mental health, and substance use disorders. We host regular educational events, exercise challenges, and awareness campaigns. We support other recreation, active transportation, and wellness initiatives that benefit the residents of our communit

y. At our facility, we have cardio machines, dumbbells, weight machines, a CrossFit rig, a Power Plate, and a large second room for group classes, boxing, or to warm up or cool down on the mat. Our members get a swipe key that allows them 24 hour access to the facility. Single monthly $35

Join us this Saturday morning for an open house tour of the newly renovated upper apartments! We are so proud of how this transition from 1, 3-bedroom apartment ((that was in rough shape)) has transformed into 2, lovely 1-bedroom apartments.

We are excited to host the annual Dog Days Fun Run again this year on Saturday AUGUST 1st with our sponsor First Fidelity Bank! There will be prizes for 1st and 2nd place in the 5K, in 4 categories: Women's 18+, Men's 18+, Women's 18U, and Men's 18U.
We will also host a 12 and under 1 mile run and an all ages 1 mile walk. Cost is $20 (8U walkers/strollers are free). This is a fundraiser for the 501c3 Fitness on Main nonprofit, which will help with our expansion and new equipment costs.
