Today, we pause to honor and thank all the brave men and women who have served our country, including our amazing CrossFit Burk members who are veterans. Your dedication, resilience, and strength inspire us every day, both inside and outside the gym.

To all of you, veterans and supporters alike, we’re grateful to have you as part of our community. Thank you for your service and for making CrossFit Burk a place where we push each other to be our best.

This Monday, November 11, we’re honoring those who have served with our “21 Guns” workout. This Hero WOD is a tribute to veterans and a reminder of the strength and sacrifice they have shown.
