Highlights from Team PDK's, KENNRICH CARTAGENA'S, Major League Kombat Taekwondo Championships at ICO World Qualifier yesterday. This was his first fight in Kombat Major League, continuing his undefeated win streak at 7-0 in KT. He will be representing TEAM USA and the great Northwest at the ICO World Championships! Thank you to Coach Phi, Coach Mando, and Coach Bobby for all your time preparing this young man on his journey.

Today, I received sad news. I learned that my first teacher, Kaicho Steve Curran has past away. My journey in martial arts began with him in 1979. His memory and warrior spirit live on at PDK Martial Arts. I encourage everyone that lives the life of a martial artist to honor your teachers and never forget your roots. It will remind you of why you chose "the way" in the first place. Rest in paradise sir! OSS!
