Summer is right around the corner, and there’s no better time to lock back into your routine, set some goals, and stay consistent.

Remember, progress doesn’t come from one great workout. It comes from showing up over and over again, even on the days you don’t feel like it.

Second year in a row sending a team to Great Slate and we’re incredibly proud.

Super cool to see Renascent represented at such a great competition and even cooler seeing how much progress these athletes have made over the last year.

Huge shoutout to the crew that competed this weekend and a thank you to for putting on another awesome event!!

The nutrition challenge is officially underway 💪

DEXA scans are done, goals are set, and now the work begins. Over the next 6 weeks we’re focusing on building better habits, learning more about nutrition, and creating consistency both inside and outside the gym.
