Someone asked the other day... My response was "yes we carry dog and puppy vaccines. Both initial shots and yearly boosters." Other legal to sell over the counter vaccines are available by special order. (i.e Equine, CD&T, etc... NO RABIES in NC) However; we can't have them out on display for the public to see... We have to keep them in refrigeration. We take great pains to ensure when they come in, they go straight in the fridge so they are viable. I cannot advertise their price here; but inquire next time you are in. We can not only help you feed your animals the best feed, but help them stay in good health also. I IN MY OPINION feel they should be complete on all their shots before going out in public. Conveniently we offer the record books with purchase.

Not too bad for $2.00 if you are into that kinda thing. A real 24 oz bottle.

I was asked my opinion last night and I wasn't able to pick a favorite... Favorite youngest daughter wanted to know If I like the sun painting or butterfly better? Let's vote on it. The light pole was just to show off some of her other work... And the donuts at side of picture made by favorite middle daughter in her Cape Fear cooking class were amazing also!

I know! I am way late on posting this. But we have a fresh delivery of shavings and timothy hay now. However; this morning instead of doing anything productive... I happened to look over and see what appears to be another Space Ex exhibition this morning. Pretty cool in my opinion!

And today Sept 29th is the first day in months that is going to be more dark than light... Every day has something a little special about it.. Sunset at 6:58 today, so if you need a flashlight for collecting eggs or feeding up animals... or arena lights or motion activated lights stop in at B and K and we will let you know what the options are. Also, it is that Fall time of year... Oysters are in season and B and K General Store has bales of wheat straw to decorate up your place and keep your animals warm.

It is that fanciful time of year... I caught the first fall full moon setting at 6:30 this chilly morning... The wait light on the diesel tractor came on for the first time in the last many months... B and K General Store has a bunch of cow hay bales to help you stock up for winter (more available than the 3 pictured) and today is youth hunting day with a horse show going on right down the road from us off of Ashton Lake Rd.
