BIRDS ARE HERE. Finally, just in time for the new year, we have fresh geese, and lots of them. The hunting is expected to get better rolling into 2018! With a bluebird day and changing bird patterns with our fresh snow, a 5 bird evening shoot was warmly welcomed. (Even though wind chills were touching zero) We have some great dates still open, so get in on this as bird numbers are good! Merry Christmas from all of us at Smokin' X and have a safe and blessed new year!

Yes, we have been lacking on keeping this page up to date, but that doesn't mean we aren't keeping busy with preparations for the 2017-2018 season! Got into the trailer to do some organizing and get some things buttoned up. It helps a guy get through the dog days of summer. One more month until another great year begins!
