Yesterday in our Junior Krav class, one of our young ladies forgot her belt. Before class she timidly came to me, told me she had forgotten her belt, and asked how many Push Ups she owed. Based on her rank, she owed 30.
She was worried about the number, but two of our older students (12yo), told her they would do the push ups with her. As they got into position, two of our other kids asked what was happening. They were told someone was doing Belt Push Ups, so they asked if they could do them, too. Before I knew it, all of the other kids came over and got into the Push Up position. One of our young Leaders called the cadence while all the kids called the reps.
This all occurred BEFORE class had even begun, and without any prompting from any Instructors. Couldn't be prouder of these kids that refused to let their classmate work alone.
