uilding self-confidence. We offer quality classes, unique dance and fitness styles with very experienced professionally certified and well trained instructors. Open to all levels of dance and fitness. If you've ever danced on a drill team, were a professional dancer, cheerleader, athlete or if you just like to dance and have a good time, this is the place for you. If you have had health challenges in your past or now, we have experienced instructors who have been on similar journeys such as child birth, C-sections, surgeries, injuries, car accidents, foot pain, back pain etc. Because some of our instructors, have had or have some of these challenges and life experiences our instructors are more relatable, compassionate, caring, empathetic and understanding as fitness professionals. Our connection with clients’ needs are demonstrated through positive encouragement, healing, rehabilitation and regeneration of the body, mind and soul with our instructions and classes.
