We’re CLOSED today so that all of our amazing clients and trainers can celebrate this holiday in honor of the labor community. We recognize and are grateful to American workers who work hard for the prosperity and well-being of our society.

Friends that lift together, stay together ✨

Meet a few of our members: Chris, Joanne and Libby! Libby has been training with us since 2017, and her husband Chris joined the fun 3 years ago. Chris and Joanne are lifelong friends, going all the way back to grade school! When Joanne mentioned wanting to start a workout routine, Chris and Libby referred her to the Strength Code. Now they all get to train together, inspire each other, and have fun comparing how strong they are getting!

Wishing a very happy birthday to our amazing trainer and group class instructor, Rickie!! 🥳

If you’re lucky enough to have Rickie as your trainer you already know she’s a force to be reckoned with! 💪 She is not only an incredibly experienced and knowledgeable personal trainer, but she pairs that with her encouraging and kind personality to somehow trick you into achieving way more than you ever thought you could! 😍 In addition to being a Strength Specialist, Rickie is also certified in Mat Pilates, bringing extra core knowledge to each of her sessions. Don’t be fooled by her sweetness, she is a powerhouse who will train you hard all while keeping a smile on her face (and yours too!). 😁

Wishing the happiest of birthdays to our incredible Trainer and teammate, Jon!!

We’re so grateful to have you as one of our fearless leaders pushing us all beyond our comfort zones (wayyyy beyond 😂😜). If you’ve ever trained with Jon then you know: when you say “last rep,” he says “3 more!” But his charm, knowledge and humor keep you coming back again and again.

His attention to detail, his caring personality and the inspiring way he practices what he preaches are only some of the reasons he is truly one of the BEST trainers in LA (and the world in our minds)! 😁

This National Cancer Survivor’s day🎗️we want to shine a light on the role strength training can play in helping survivors rebuild strength, confidence, and quality of life during and after treatment 💜

Whether you’re newly diagnosed, in treatment, or years into survivorship, one thing remains true: you are stronger than you know. Here’s to moving forward and building strength day by day 💪
