The only certainty we have when we go to a competition of this level is that nothing is guaranteed. That's the beauty of throwing yourself into the unknown.

I am proud of this team that with courage and dedication represented our school in the largest and most prestigious jiu jitsu tournament in the world.

Surely the level of these 4 athletes is higher than when we started this journey and next year it will be even more.

We came home with a medal (just like last year) which is amazing for a gym in a small town like Palm Coast.

We’re excited to launch our first-ever little kids Jiu jitsu summer camp at Spartan Academy!

A Jiu jitsu camp for all levels, focused on building a strong fundamentals, coordination, discipline and confidence through structured training in a fun and supportive environment.

A Competition Summer Camp designed for experienced competitors.

A high level training focused on strategy, performance and competition development, including:

- Competition Masterclass (Gi and NoGi)
- Match analysis and film study
- Strength, conditioning and mobility
- Wrestling & Judo for BJJ
- and more high performance training
