I’m excited to offer another $250 youth sponsorship toward entries for a young exhibitor attending the AMHA World Championship Show this year. 🐴💫

This sponsorship is intended for a youth who does not receive one of the random regional sponsorship drawings — because I know there are so many hardworking kids who still deserve encouragement, support, and a chance to shine in the ring. ❤️

✨ YOUTH SPONSORSHIP OPPORTUNITY ✨

At Star Point Horsemanship, I know firsthand that sometimes all a young exhibitor needs is one opportunity… one person believing in them… one small break that helps keep their dreams alive. ❤️

This year, I would like to sponsor one deserving youth exhibitor on the AMHA circuit with a $250 sponsorship to go toward show entry fees and help support their journey in the show ring. (This has been approved by AMHA.)

For this sponsorship, I would especially love to support a youth who may not have had their “big win” yet… the youth who keeps showing up, keeps trying, keeps learning, and keeps loving their horses anyway. 🐴✨

I am looking for a youth who:
• Has a true passion for horses and the miniature horse industry
• Shows kindness, sportsmanship, and dedication
• May genuinely need a helping hand or extra support to continue showing
• Works hard behind the scenes, even when nobody is watching

This is not about who wins the most. It’s about heart, determination, character, and love for the horse.

CALLING YOUNG PERFORMERS
Have you read Misty of Chincoteague… and watched the movie too?

We’re looking for students ages 10–12 with a love for storytelling and theater to take part in a short, on-site interview + character-style reading at Chincoteague Pony Centre.

This isn’t a formal audition, just a chance for young voices to step into the story of Paul and Maureen and bring it to life in their own way.

We’re looking for:
• Ages 10–12
• Has read the book and seen the movie
• Enjoys theater, acting, or storytelling
• Comfortable speaking and expressing on camera

What to expect:
• Short guided interview
• Light character reading or storytelling moment
• Opportunity to be part of CPC’s summer storytelling

More than riding, keeping tradition alive through the next generation.

Note: This will be a light, storytelling-based experience, kids sharing what they’ve learned about the island and the Chincoteague ponies in their own voice.

We’re focusing on history, connection, and interpretation, not scripted reenactments.

🦄Pony Riding Lessons for Toddlers!!🦄
We start young and encourage every step of the way. Here is a 2 1/2 year old student who has been riding for almost 1 year!! This is her first time mounting "all by herself"💜
