I meant to post this last week to this page. Posted on my page instead. Got to attend clinic by Kayla Harrison, two time Olympic gold medalists in Judo. She is super nice. Really enjoyed her tips on Judo.

Now teaching Judo at The Academy- Elk River Saturdays at 1:30. (Adults) Acadamy just installed a great spring floor under Zebra mats. It's great for getting thrown in Judo.
This is the best mat system with biggest mat space in our area. So excited about it. Kids class coming soon! I hope some of my Monticello students can join us! I don't have to shout over bouncing basketballs.
