🌸 Mother’s Day at Iron Antler Fitness 🌸

Moms — come celebrate with us this Saturday! 💪❤️
Join us for either our 8:15am or 9:30am class.

✨ 9:30am class will have childcare available ✨

We’ll also have:
🥂 Mimosas
🍓 Snacks for the moms
🎁 A couple of door prizes

Murph Prep

Memorial Day Murph is coming up quick 🇺🇸

It’s one of the biggest days of the year at Iron Antler, and it’s time to start getting ready.

We’ll officially start Murph prep this Thursday —building the strength, volume, and strategy you’ll need whether it’s your first Murph or your fastest one yet.

✔️ Scaling options will be built in
✔️ Focus on smart progressions
✔️ Goal: show up confident and ready

This is why I love coaching.

Helping someone get their first rep in any movement still fires me up! Whether it’s their first air squat, push-up, pull-up, muscle-up, or anything in between — seeing that excitement on their face and hearing the whole gym cheering them on is what makes this community so special.

Moments like that are what Iron Antler Fitness is all about.

Every single person in this gym can do these two movements. No excuses. This one is for ALL of Iron Antler.

If you’re coming tomorrow afternoon (which I hope most of you are), please plan to:

🕔 Arrive around 5:00 PM
🔥 Heats start around 5:30 PM

We’ll have 3–4 local vendors set up as well — make sure you stop by, say hello, and support them.
