🚨 INJURED DOESN’T ALWAYS MEAN STOP 🚨

One of the biggest mistakes people make when they get hurt is doing absolutely nothing.

For many injuries, there is still something you can do.

Can’t run? Maybe you can bike.
Can’t squat heavy? Maybe you can work on upper body strength.
Can’t lift overhead? Maybe it’s time to build your engine, mobility, or core strength.

Some of the strongest athletes I’ve coached didn’t get stronger because everything went perfectly. They got stronger because they learned how to train around setbacks.

Training through an injury (safely and intelligently) can:
✅ Maintain strength
✅ Preserve muscle mass
✅ Improve blood flow and recovery
✅ Keep healthy habits in place
✅ Prevent the mental struggle that comes from feeling sidelined

The goal isn’t to prove how tough you are. The goal is to find what you can do instead of focusing on what you can’t.

Progress may look different for a season, but different doesn’t mean impossible.

Your injury may change the plan, but it doesn’t have to stop the journey. 💪
