We have a fun little simple challenge starting November 1st

Holidays are coming and that’s when it is the hardest to move and take care of yourself so we will be doing a 100 day challenge to help keep you motivated to move.

Just 20 mins each day of intentional movement!! Tag us in your stories, post or send it to the group.
