h Sam runs, tests and helps to develop Operation 36 programming for golf courses running Operation 36 worldwide. Coach Sam is a Level 3 PGA Associate and a Retired US Navy Sailor. He is passionate about getting beginners, intermediate and advanced players started playing the game and advancing enough to shoot Par or Better for 9 holes! Keith Hills Golf Academy teaches using the best technology available in which to measure students to develop with them an improvement plan that best suits the student's improvement based on those measurements. Why guess when you can measure! Ryan Dailey and Matt Reagan started Operation 36 Golf in 2010 at Keith Hills Golf Club in Buies Creek, NC. After years of trial and error, they found a formula that
worked to motivate beginner golfers in learning the game. They started licensing Operation 36 to other coaches in 2016, and is now played by over 525 golf facilities worldwide. They focus the majority of their time and effort these days helping coaches around the world run the Operation 36 development model. Coach Ryan still loves to coach and is involved with the Keith Hills Academy on a limited basis. Can your junior Outwit. Outplay. Outputt. OutDrive. Outlast. the 2026 Junior Golf Camp at Keith Hills?

We are utilizing the very best games, challenges, rewards, auctions and tribal councils from the popular game show, Survivor! Students will embark on a 5 Day Camp as they are put into tribes to try and earn the title of Summer Camp Survivor!💪🏻

Congratulations to our PGA Junior League 13U Team in their match against Gates 4 last night!!! We won all 4 matches while winning 10 Flags👏🏻😎 it was a lot of fun getting to watch you all hit amazing shots and having fun while doing it!!

Highlights from our Spring Kickoff for 2026!!😎

From students getting new stickers to display on their golf bags , to having the time of their lives in classes, personal bests and level ups , to new branding in the Academy it’s been quite the Spring!!👏🏻

Couldn’t be more proud and excited for our students and all the laughter and fun that has been had to start the year. If you’re looking for a way to get your junior into something FUN, this is the place for you!

What’d we focus on ?

1) External Rotation of Trail Arm
2) Weight Forward (Trail Leg Extension + Lead Leg Flexion)
3) Holster the Handle (Clubpath & Hands work around the body staying below the shoulders)

Fantastic changes made between P4 & P6👏🏻

Our main areas of focus:
1. P1 Setup - Right foot in line with the arch of the left foot.
2. Proper rotation through the backswing. (Hip Turn + Retraction of Trail Shoulder)
3. Light the lamp (Hands begin downswing below the trail shoulder)
