We are a community of people working toward a common goal - to be [BETTER]. We will be jumping, running, crunching, kettle bell swinging, pushing, Sandbag lifting, pulling, leaping, laughing and most of all supporting. This is totally different than spending 30 minutes on the elliptical machine. If you are fit, we’ll help you get fitter, if you are just getting back to it, we’ll help you do it saf

ely and if you have never worked out before… have we got a surprise in store for you! Here, we support each other! This is a workout built so a 55 year old who hasn’t exercised in years can get just as good a workout as a 24 year old training for an event. CrossFit is a method of training with the goal of forging overall fitness — from strength, power and speed to cardiovascular endurance. To do that, CrossFit workouts involve a high-intensity blend of Olympic lifting, gymnastics, bodyweight exercises, running, rowing and jump-roping. "Crossfitters are some of the best people on earth. Not because of their wealth or status or celebrity, but because of their willingness to push on. Our pursuit rewards perseverance just as it punishes the weak-willed. If you are without fortitude you will not make it here... When you are in a room full of people giving their best, you draw from their strength, and they from yours. looks like a competition on the outside, but in reality, we are all in it together. We share every agonizing moment, and we come out the other side better for the experience."

✨ Bright Spot Friday ✨

Onward Physical Therapy, South Hall CrossFit, and the Holy Spirit joined forces for WOD & Worship - a morning where muscles were pushed, heart rates were elevated, and spirits soared. The day served as a reminder of how powerful community can be when fitness, faith, and fellowship come together.

Athletes from neighboring communities came together for a great workout and an even greater message.

Afterward, the community gathered at Bread & Butter Coffee to continue the conversations over coffee and breakfast.
One verse perfectly captured the spirit of the morning:

“But those who hope in the Lord will renew their strength. They will soar on wings like eagles... they will run and not grow weary.” — Isaiah 40:31

Thank you to everyone who attended, served, and helped make the event possible. Events like these remind us that the strength we build inside the gym is even better when it’s paired with faith, fellowship, and community.

🏃‍♂️ South Hall Run Club is officially underway!

We kicked things off [STRONG] at last Saturday’s first session. From experienced runners chasing PRs to athletes using a run/walk approach, everyone showed up with the same goal: chasing 1% [BETTER]

Coach Alec led warm-ups, drills, and a one-mile time trial, and the energy was incredible! Run Club meets every Saturday at 7:30 AM, with additional weekly workouts programmed for all levels.

Whether you’re looking to improve your speed, build endurance, or simply enjoy running more, there’s a place for you here.

Bring your friends, bring your family, and come run with us.

Just keep running. 👟🔥
