Come chill at Lifemoves Studio in Buford on Thursday nights at 5:30! If you want to flow come Monday night at 6:45 or Tuesday night at 6:30!

New Gentle Yoga “Chill” class starts this Thursday at 5:30pm with Julianna. This class will restore and repair your body and mind. Beginners are welcome and seasoned students are invited to chill and zen with us too. ❤️
