Nutrition is a very important yet often overlooked topic when it comes to high school athletes. Now Zach here with poor nutrition was able to put 110lbs onto his box squat in 7 weeks. Very very impressive numbers, but time and time ag*in I see athletes able to continue to make incredible jumps in strength once they take the nutrition side seriously. So Zach I'm so proud of you that you are taking this nutrition seriously! In my opinion it's a lot harder to eat right than train so way to go man!
