Nutrition is a very important yet often overlooked topic when it comes to high school athletes. Now Zach here with poor nutrition was able to put 110lbs onto his box squat in 7 weeks. Very very impressive numbers, but time and time ag*in I see athletes able to continue to make incredible jumps in strength once they take the nutrition side seriously. So Zach I'm so proud of you that you are taking this nutrition seriously! In my opinion it's a lot harder to eat right than train so way to go man!

I'd like to say that I am soo proud of these guys! They get up to go to a 5:30am workout before school then after school they have practice and homework. Then get up the next day to do it all ag*in. And they never complain. Not once. They have the mentality of a collegiate athlete in a freshman/sophomores body! They just recently have taken their nutrition to the next level as well! Watch out for these two!!💪🏻💪🏻

Continuing my post about hamstring pulls. Here is a perfect exercise for tendon strengthening. By performing ultra high reps (100-300) the tendons get stronger as well! Which most of the time is the problem because the muscles grow so much faster than tendons. This can help eliminate hamstring pulls and strains all together.
