Shake Out Run and 5K Cheerzone
When: Saturday May 23rd at 7:30am
Where: Spot Coffee, 225 Delaware Ave. Buffalo, NY 14202
What: The day starts with an easy 1-2 mile run featuring On demos. Each sneaker tried on gives a donation from On to our local chapter of Black Girls RUN! On will also be providing post-run Spot Coffee refreshments. Following the run, we will be cheering on the 5K Run and Walk. Help us cheer on participants with signs, bells and music!

Buffalo Marathon and Half Marathon Cheerzone
When: Sunday May 24rd at 6:15am
Where: Taqueria Ranchos Dos, 445 Delaware Ave. Buffalo, NY 14202
What: On will be helping us cheer for the half and full marathon participants with signs making materials, bells and music. There will also be free tacos for volunteers and runners from Taqueria Ranchos Dos. We can’t wait to cheer with and for you!

Have you wanted to test run the On Cloudrunner 3 or Cloudmonster 3? Join us Saturday, May 23rd at 7:30am meeting at Spot Coffee on 255 Delaware Ave. We will be hosting an easy 1-2 mile Shakeout Run partnering with On featuring demos of the Cloudrunner 3 and Cloudmonster 3. A donation will be made to Black Girls RUN! for every shoe that is tried on for the run.

Following the Shakeout, we will continue to have a 5K Cheer Zone complete with sign supplies, bells and music. If that wasn’t enough, On will also be providing refreshments from Spot Coffee. We hope to see you there! .coffee.official
