READY TO GET UPSIDE DOWN? 🤸

Whether you’re working toward your first handstand, want to feel more confident in arm balances, or are ready to take skills you already have further, this workshop is all about giving you the tools to progress.

Through drills, technique, strength work, and hands-on practice, you’ll learn how to better understand your body upside down and build the strength and confidence to keep exploring.

TWO-PART WORKSHOP SERIES
You don’t have to attend both! Join us for one, or take both workshops for more time to practice, build, and progress.

And no, you do not need to be able to handstand to join. That’s what the workshop is for! Wherever you are in your practice, Sarah will meet you there and help you build your skills from the ground up.

ABOUT SARAH

Handstands and arm balances aren’t just something Sarah teaches. They’re her passion.

Sarah has traveled the world studying, practicing, and teaching handstands and arm balances, developing an incredible depth of knowledge and skill along the way. She has spent years learning what it takes to build a strong, controlled inversion practice and, more importantly, how to teach those skills to others.

Come learn from someone who truly loves being upside down.

A quick reminder about our phone + filming policy:

Phones must be silenced and stored away for the entirety of class, including warm-up and cool-down. If you need to use your phone, please step into the lobby.

Want to film? Please choose a spot in the back row and keep filming discreet. Filming should never disrupt the experience of those around you, and other clients may not be visible in your frame.

What started as one Pilates room and an idea has grown into two studios, many different ways to move, and so much more than we could have planned for in year one.
