Let’s welcome our newest addition to the Impact team, Strength and Conditioning Coach Ryan Forrest. Ryan is a Buffalo native, graduating from Hamburg high school in 2020. He is a 2025 graduate of John Carroll University, with a Bachelor’s in Exercise Science. A Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist, Ryan has a background in wrestling, competing from 1st grade through 5 years at the collegiate level, as well as lacrosse. He is passionate about helping people use exercise to improve health and wellness, and leading athletes to be their best in both performance and character. Welcome to the team Ryan!

Goodbye & Good Luck, Coach Q!

It’s a bittersweet moment here at Impact Sports Performance as we say goodbye to Coach Q. From day one, Q brought energy, passion, and dedication to every session, helping athletes grow stronger—not just physically, but mentally too. His impact (pun intended) will be felt long after he’s gone.

While we’re going to miss having him in the gym, we’re incredibly proud to see him take the next step in his journey as he joins Trine University. They’re lucky to have him!
