Been a very busy winter.

🦌Time to get back in the swing of things🦌

Hopefully all of you are doing well!

I will be headed to South Africa this weekend, for a week long gun hunt! Very excited to say the least.

I will be posting many pictures from the trip, stay tuned!

Once I get back to the states, it's time to get the food plots in the ground. 🏃‍♂️🏃‍♂️🏃‍♂️🏃‍♂️

New year, New Rules!

Many changes are starting to go in effect. Some states are banning trail cams while Boone and Crockett begins to push back on new technology.

What are your thoughts?

Is modern technology ruining "fair chase" hunting?

After a year of crafting its new position statement, the Boone and Crockett Club has announced that certain technology isn't fair chase.

Fun fact! This is what we train our dogs to track. This is the interdigital gland on a deer. Alot of people think they are trained to track blood. Blood does help and they can smell it along with other scents. But we get calls alot of the time when blood runs out. This is why we train them to track this gland. Each deer has there own specific scent from this gland. I like to think of it like our fingerprint. This is how the dog knows to stay on the deer we are tracking and not another deer that may have crossed the track.
