Our STAFFED hours have changed!
You can stop down or call MW 12-5 or Fri 10-1. Please leave a message if we don’t answer. Or, you can message us here. We try to reply with in the day.
Our access cards expand the gym hours from 6:00am-8:00pm Mon-Sat.
Memberships are month to month with a 30 day cancellation.

Wow... the city decided to move the road closed signs past our building! Gym is open!

The city will not open our road because just past our place still has water over the road. People have been moving barricades, since this all started, and driving in the water and turn around because they can’t go anywhere. This is absolutely insane and very dangerous , but we’ve seen a lot of crazy stuff. People are also getting in trouble for doing this. It is not tolerated. We are trying to stay patient with the city. We are not happy but do respect their decision. When our road opens, the gym will open too. We are very sorry for any and ALL inconvenience. Thank you all for continued support.
