Last weekend, downtown Buffalo looked a little different 👀

A parking lot transformed into soccer pitches, with players and fans out for our inaugural Street Cup! 🔥⚽

From the youth divisions to the adult bracket, the energy all day was unreal. Huge thanks to everyone who came out, played, volunteered, and cheered.

Ten-plus years in net, and Mike Schieber still isn't done.

He played hockey most of his life… until his friend group in high school pulled him into soccer. High school → ECC → summer league → BDSL. Never left the goal since.

Now he's added a new title: League President.

Street Cup is officially rescheduled to Sunday, August 9th, 2026, still taking over the streets of downtown Buffalo for a day of 5v5 soccer, community, and fun for the whole family.

We are disappointed to share that we have made the difficult decision to postpone tomorrow's Buffalo Pro Soccer Street Cup due to ongoing air quality concerns in Western New York caused by the Canadian wildfires.

The health and safety of our players, families, volunteers, spectators, and staff must come first.

We'll be sharing a new date in the near future, so keep an eye on our page for updates.
