Training for a Half Marathon, Full Marathon, 10k, 5k or another goal race this season? Wow got you 🤝🏼

At Pace Running, we build customized 16–18 week training programs tailored to your race, experience level, and schedule.

When you join, you’ll be paired with one of our certified running coaches, strength coaches, or physical therapists who will provide expert guidance, accountability, and support every step of the way—whether you train virtually or in person.

Your program may include:
✅ Personalized race training plan
✅ Virtual or in-person strength classes
✅ Monday Night Outdoor Group Runs at 6:15 PM
✅ Tuesday Track Night at 6:30 PM
✅ Saturday Long Runs at 7:30 AM
✅ Treadmill and strength classes starting at 5:30 AM, Monday–Saturday
✅ Ongoing coaching, feedback, and accountability

Whether you’re training for your first finish line or chasing a new PR, Pace Running provides the coaching, community, and structure you need to reach your goals.

‘Tis the season 🏎️🏁

We’re heading back to the track tomorrow for another 1-mile time trial!

Don’t be intimidated—think of it as another workout and a snapshot of your current fitness. We just spent 16 weeks training for a marathon... you’ve absolutely got this.

The best part? We’ll do it again in a few months and compare results 🙂‍↔️📈

These time trials help us dial in training paces, measure progress, and build confidence. Because when you train for the uncomfortable, race day feels a whole lot easier 😮‍💨

Marathon training has a funny way of bringing people together. Every runner out here carries a different story, a different reason, a different finish line in mind — but for a few miles, we share the same road, and that’s really f*cking special.

16 weeks of literal sweat and tears, and we all did it — together. We’re so damn proud of everyone who got out there, and also of those who showed up simply to support along the way.

If you train with us, you know there’s really no end to a “training cycle.” We live, we learn, and we keep running.

Onto the next one, Pace Crew — we can’t wait to see what you do next.

This year’s Pride tanks and tees are part of our Pace x NCA x Heart Fire Yoga collab for Buffalo Pride 2026. Pride started as a riot, became a celebration, and remains an act of solidarity, visibility, and resistance…not a marketing campaign.

All profits from the shirts will be donated directly to the Buffalo-Niagara LGBTQ History Project to help preserve and celebrate q***r history right here in Buffalo.
