In-person classes at our new location in the Village of Hamburg. FAQ

First Class? Wear clothing that is comfortable to move in. Bring water! Masks are required.

The studio opens 15 minutes prior to class time, please arrive early to complete a waiver and get a quick intro. You may go bare foot or wear socks. Our barre classes are one size fits all for the beginner, the intermediate, the advanced. We welcome all ages, sizes, and fitness levels. What to Expect: You will be socially distanced, and sanitized mats & props will be provided. Easiest Way to Book?

Download the StudioBookings APP, search for The Barre Studio and log in. How to Cancel? There is a 4 hour cancellation policy. You can cancel in your schedule screen online or in the APP. Unattended classes result in loss of the class credit. What is the Waitlist? A full class will give you the waitlist option. If you are promoted to booked, you will be notified via email or APP notification. Class list locks in 4 hours prior. If you do not get into class, the credit will refund back to your account after class time.

Get To Know Caitlin 💫

Caitlin is our resident Hamburg girl through and through — and she wears that title proudly. She brings such a warm, familiar energy into the studio, and from the moment you walk into her class, you feel like you’re catching up with a friend.

She’s fun & chatty, but don’t let that fool you — Caitlin knows exactly how to challenge you. Her classes keep clients on their toes in the best way, she’s always mixing things up and keeping you guessing. You’ll laugh, you’ll work hard, and you’ll leave feeling stronger every time.

You can find Caitlin at the barre Mondays & Wednesdays at 9:30am, plus her monthly Barrelates pop-up on Tuesdays at 7pm.

Get To Know Emily 💫

Emily is hands down one of the strongest people I know — not just physically, but in the way she shows up for her life, her goals, and the people around her. When Emily sets her mind to something, she goes all in. She’s hardworking, creative, deeply determined, and incredibly ambitious, and she brings that same energy into every class she teaches.

Emily has a way of making the room feel both motivating and fun — she’ll challenge you, support you, and somehow make you laugh along the way. She’s also our go-to for the best finds (from can’t-miss deals to the latest must-have hair care), but beyond that, she’s loyal, uplifting, and such an important part of our studio community. She truly makes this place better just by being in it.

You can find Emily at the barre Mondays & Wednesdays at 5:30pm — be sure to catch her before she takes a little time away to welcome her new baby. 🤍

What started as a small studio has grown into something so much bigger than we ever imagined — a space filled with strength, connection, and the most incredible community.

This photo says it all. These women, this team… we’re more than teachers. We’re a family. We show up for each other, support each other, and pour so much love into this space every single day ✨

And to our community — you are the heart of it all. The friendships, the familiar faces, the energy in the room… it’s what has made these 11 years so special.

Get To Know Taylor 💫

Taylor is a natural. Her background in dance gives her this incredible ability to pick up a set almost instantly and teach it with ease and confidence—it’s something you can’t really teach, and she brings it so effortlessly to every class. But what really makes Taylor special is her energy. She’s warm, upbeat, and genuinely joyful to be around, and that carries into the studio in the best way. She has a way of connecting with people that feels thoughtful and intentional, making everyone feel comfortable while still keeping the class light, fun, and engaging. Her presence brings such a positive energy to our space, and we’re so lucky to have her as part of this community.
