I owned a Holistic Boutique Gift Shop where I offered formal spiritual and self-growth workshops and classes. Over the last 30+ years, I have educated, studied, worked with, and used many modalities of energy healing such as Reiki, Homeopathy, Emotional Freedom Technique, Chakra Balancing, Essential Oils, Herbs, Bach Flower Remedies, Crystals/Gemstones, Angel/Oracle/Tarot cards, Feng Shui, Accelerated Healing courses and seminars, Metaphysical and New Age studies. I implement a holistic way of life, continuously seeking out healthy living for the mind, body and spirit. I love spending time with my daughters, grandchildren and dogs.
