We’re excited to announce a special Pop-Up Mat Pilates class at our Clarence studio on Sunday, June 28th at 9:00am!

This class is a great opportunity to mix up your routine, experience a fun full-body mat workout, and meet a new instructor, Ashleigh, joining us for this special event. Expect a class focused on core strength, mobility, posture, balance, and mindful movement, with modifications available for different experience levels.

Ashleigh Walker, MSN, FNP-BC, DNP(c), is a Board-Certified Family Nurse Practitioner and certified Pilates instructor. She received her Pilates & Sculpt certification through Johanna Ricouz (The Pilates Plug / Peloton) and is continuing her Pilates education in New York City under Blossom Crawford. Through her comprehensive classical Pilates training, Ashleigh is studying within the lineages of Romana Kryzanowska and Kathy Stanford Grant, working toward becoming a third-generation classically trained Pilates instructor. She combines her background in healthcare with movement education to help clients build strength, confidence, and longevity.
