Getting really comfortable on the box is something that takes practice, but eventually it all starts to make sense. Clients that come in week after week get stronger and more confident as they advance into the work. These ladies are a perfect example of weekly dedication 💪🏼👍🏼👍🏼❤️👌🏼 with that said, it is fine to drop in once in a while, but when you are ready to commit to a weekly slot, just let me know and I can arrange that. That way you know that you have your classes booked each week without thinking about it, and your practice will grow with the others in class, you advance together, and it’s really great! Don’t hesitate to reach out with any questions.
