Come Coach with the Otters!
We’re looking for a coach to join our team and help guide the development of an amazing group of young competitive swimmers.
You’ll be joining an established group of experienced coaches who share a common vision for our swimmers and our team. Here’s what sets the Otters apart. If any of this resonates with you, we’d love to hear from you:
1. We coach from the water.
We’re big on technique, and we believe some of the best coaching happens in the water, alongside our swimmers.
2. We don’t have a “head coach” model.
Our coaches are empowered and trusted to take ownership of their groups and contribute to the direction and development of the entire team.
3. We’re serious about fun.
We use lots of games, equipment, challenges, and plenty of creativity to keep practices engaging while still helping swimmers get better.
We practice Monday through Friday from 4-6pm and have additional sessions Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 7-8:30pm. Pay is $25 per hour. You will need to work through the USA Swimming Coach Certification process (we will help you with this).
