NOV 7th @ 6PM.
Hype Fitness Studio & Boxstar Express come together for the most badass collab.
This is a 50 min class. We will start in the spin lab for 25 mins of intense surges, sprints and choreography. Then we will head to Boxstar’s legendary bank vault right down the hall where we will complete another 25 minute class that consists of boxing, kickboxing and functional body weight movements.
Here’s how to sign up… ⬇️
Downloading Boxstar's App and Booking Box & Spin:

1. In the App Store, search Boxstar Training. Select the app with the white logo (not red).
2. Search for Boxstar Training Express (Seneca One)

Logging In
1. Click on "Register" at the bottom of the screen. Create a new account, and return to the login page to continue.
2. From the "Timetable" tab, select Courses.
3. Choose "BOX & SPIN" and "Book".
4. Add a payment method and "Book".
$20 per person.
Boxing gloves and all equipment provided!
