People don't be serious enough about their health, but you can make you drink everyday, smoke everyday, smoke to***co everyday and etc. You can make excuses on why you don't do it instead of getting to it. You know I was working with this guy 8 years ago at ECMC when I was pushing it off and pushing off back to back in regards to working out. He said to me one "You want to know something Tyrique? The people who never lose no weight are the people who keep saying they'll work out tomorrow. Tomorrow will come and they will find another excuse just like you're doing now."
