We are back at it with Group Runs this week. Saturday 11/15- 7am at the Pallet Cafe in Lancaster ( note location change). Sunday 11/16- 8am at Wherle Entrance of Clarence Bike Path. As always, all paces welcome!

Meet your ECRC group run leaders, Ally and David! Starting this week we will be having Saturday and Sunday group runs every week! Saturday at 7am in Kenmore at Spot Coffee and Sunday 8am at the Clarence bike path (wehrle entrance)! Anyone is welcome to join and feel free to message us if you have any questions!
