We are back at it with Group Runs this week. Saturday 11/15- 7am at the Pallet Cafe in Lancaster ( note location change). Sunday 11/16- 8am at Wherle Entrance of Clarence Bike Path. As always, all paces welcome!

Summer miles bring Fall smiles! September has been the month of marathons! So proud of all of our finishers, special shout out to David who completed his first marathon in Erie and to for getting a 13 minute PR!

It was a fun racing weekend for our folks! Congrats to Josh zubler who placed third at and congrats to David and for their fantastic races at the 716 race! Thank you to and for capturing these incredible pictures!

ECRC had a great time at Subaru! The goal was to bring home some flamingos 🦩and it was a success! Both Kenzie and Ally won their age groups!!

Josh Zubler won Many on the Genny and defended his number 1 title from last year in this heat! Also he ran faster than last year!! Way to go Josh!

A huge welcome to our newest member Tony Barone! Tony just finished the Buffalo Half Marathon with a huge PR and we are so excited to watch him crush his goals! Welcome to ECRC 💪🏃🏻‍➡️⚡️

We are so proud of all of our runners today! From pacing to PRs, they smashed it! Huge shout out to for over a minute PR! Congrats to everyone who ran today. Running is truly a special sport we all come together for! Thank you and for the awesome pics of all the runners!

This girl is on fire! kicked butt in the bunny hop with a second place finish in rainy, windy, hilly, and humid conditions with a 20:03 5k! This was over 40 seconds faster than last year’s race!! 🐰💪🏃🏼‍♀️‍➡️

We got a big group coming out for the buffalo half and full marathon this weekend! If you see these speedy folks, make sure you cheer them on!!

Welcome to Josh, another new member of ECRC!

⚡️ 𝗪𝗛𝗬 𝗗𝗢 𝗬𝗢𝗨 𝗟𝗢𝗩𝗘 𝗧𝗢 𝗥𝗨𝗡?
I love to run because it gives me time to think and reflect on my thoughts on easy runs. I also love the feeling of crushing a workout and the feeling of accomplishment that comes afterwards. Lastly, I love the community aspect of a race and how it brings all runners together.

⚡️ 𝗪𝗛𝗔𝗧 𝗛𝗔𝗦 𝗕𝗘𝗘𝗡 𝗬𝗢𝗨𝗥 𝗙𝗔𝗩𝗢𝗥𝗜𝗧𝗘 𝗥𝗔𝗖𝗘 𝗦𝗢 𝗙𝗔𝗥?
My favorite race so far is probably my next one. I haven’t raced since 2019 due to injuries and the pandemic so I’m looking forward to see what I am able to do in the future.

⚡️ 𝗗𝗢 𝗬𝗢𝗨 𝗛𝗔𝗩𝗘 𝗔𝗡𝗬 𝗣𝗥𝗘-𝗥𝗔𝗖𝗘 𝗥𝗜𝗧𝗨𝗔𝗟𝗦?
I don’t really have any pre-race traditions but after a race I’m always down to get a big Cheeseburger and a beer!!!

⚡️ 𝗪𝗛𝗔𝗧 𝗔𝗥𝗘 𝗬𝗢𝗨𝗥 𝗥𝗨𝗡𝗡𝗜𝗡𝗚 𝗚𝗢𝗔𝗟𝗦 𝗙𝗢𝗥 𝗧𝗛𝗘 𝗨𝗣𝗖𝗢𝗠𝗜𝗡𝗚 𝗬𝗘𝗔𝗥?
I don’t have anything set in stone yet for the next year. But I hope to race with Electric City and get more plugged into (pun intended) the Buffalo running community.
