Welcome to week three of our yoga beginners series! Last week we worked on externally rotated standing yoga poses, this week we will focus on neutral standing poses, working to
strengthen and stretch our PSOAS / hip flexors. We will also introduce a few new poses, such as warrior one, crescent pose, chair pose, and eagle pose.
