Winter in Buffalo can be harsh, especially for those without a warm place to call home. That’s why we’re partnering with Compass House, an organization that provides shelter, support, and essential resources for the Homeless and at-risk youth, helping them rebuild their lives and find stability.

We’re accepting:

👢 Boots

💡 To ensure all donations are safe and dignified, please note: We cannot accept items that are: Torn or ripped, Broken, or Heavily worn or used.

On Saturday: December 7th, we’re holding a donation class to raise funds to help students in the Education Department at Journey’s End Refugee Services.

Classes include English Language Learning at beginning, intermediate and advanced levels. GED Preparation and Citizenship & Naturalization classes are also offered. Journey’s End is a local, organization with the mission of welcoming refugees without regard to ethnic origin or creed and to assist them to become healthy, independent, contributing members of the community.

Join us on Saturday 12/7 for the following donation classes ⬇️ taught by Cristy Karinna the owner of Every Body Plus - a proud Latina with immigrant roots 💃🏻:
✨9:15am Pilates Barre Fusion (1 hour)
✨10:30am Mobility (45 min)

QR code will be on site to deposit funds electronically to If bringing cash, a check to Journey’s End Refugee Services will be made on your behalf.

At Every Body Plus, we’re not just moving to look a certain way - we’re moving to feel alive, empowered, and connected.

It’s not about perfection; it’s about progression, honoring our journeys, and celebrating every win along the way.

Let’s show up, move as one, and welcome the transformation that begins from within - because the changes we make on the inside naturally radiate outward, creating physical strength and resilience with every move.

We are deeply saddened to share that our beloved instructor, Shauntel Douglas, has lost her partner Carl, who passed away last night after a long and courageous battle with cancer. Carl went through remission but faced a critical setback recently. Shauntel has been his steadfast caregiver and primary provider throughout his journey. We hold Shauntel close to our hearts and want to support her during this difficult time.

In honor of Carl and to assist Shauntel with funeral expenses, we’re hosting donation-based classes this Sunday, November 10th:

• 10:15 AM Pilates
• 11:30 AM Yoga

Any donation amount is appreciated. While there was an earlier GoFundMe, we want to provide direct support to Shauntel for the costs she now faces. You can contribute via Venmo or Cash App (please DM for details).

If you’re unable to attend but still wish to help, any donation would mean so much. With a $25 or higher donation, you may choose to join us for a future class as well. Thank you for any way you can support Shauntel in her time of need.
