We are happy to announce that the new roof top AC unit has been installed and we are back up and running! We would like to thank you all for your patience and understanding during this time!

Next is some new treadmills, benches, stair machines, etc and the additional gym area will be added by fall!

Attention APEX Fam….

Summer schedule is posted 6/1-9/5. All classes. Everyday. There are a few Saturday’s there is no class because I have decided to participate in a few local 5K’s and a week in August that I will be away. Please check it out and get signed up using the MINDBODY app. I hope to not make any changes till 9/6.
