I joined APX almost three years ago because I wanted to look good for my wedding. Before that, my entire fitness world was Pilates and aerial yoga. What I didn’t expect was that I’d never want to leave.

Yes, I’ve lost weight and gained muscle, but more than that, I’ve gained a confidence and strength in my body I’ve never felt before. That part alone would be enough. But APX gives you so much more.
Mel and Chris have built something truly special here. They know your name, they know your goals, and somehow those goals become theirs too. They show up for their members inside the gym and outside of it, and that energy trickles into every single person who walks through the door. This isn’t just a place to work out. It’s a community.

We celebrate together through holiday parties, anniversaries, and social outings, because the relationships you build here don’t stay inside these four walls. Some mornings I get out of bed because I need a great workout. Other mornings I get out of bed because I genuinely look forward to seeing my people. It’s rare to find a gym where you love who you train with and where everyone around you is constantly pushing you to be your best self, with or without the barbell.
