Weโre pretty lucky to have this one at the Fort.
Liv brings excellent coaching to every class and private session, helping athletes move better, get stronger, and have a whole lot of fun along the way. She brings the energy, brings the vibes, and never turns down a silly gym video or questionable viral fitness challenge. Livโs athletic background runs deep. She spent 12 years as a competitive swimmer, including competing at the Division I level at Iona College, before finding CrossFit in New York City in 2017. What started as a new physical outlet quickly became a passion for strength and conditioningโand eventually a career coaching athletes in Brooklyn, Denver, and now right here in Buena Vista.
But Livโs coaching journey doesnโt stop at the gym. Sheโs currently training through the ๐๐ฎ๐ฟ๐๐ต ๐๐ฎ๐๐ฒ๐ฑ ๐๐ป๐๐๐ถ๐๐๐๐ฒ, an ICF-accredited coaching program in Boulder, where sheโs working toward her Associate Certified Coach (ACC) credential, with plans to continue her education toward her Professional Certified Coach (PCC).
Liv works with adults who are navigating transitions, feeling stuck, or trying to figure out whatโs next. She helps people slow down, reconnect with themselves, get clear on what matters, and move forward with more confidence and self-trustโwith nature playing an important role in that process.
Sheโs already facilitating 1:1 coaching sessions and group workshops, and weโre excited to see how this next chapter of her coaching journey continues to unfold. ๐ฒ๐
