I'm a mother of three who's fun, loving, energetic, and just love being around people.

I love Zumba, dancing, Yoga and working out. I'm equally passionate about both Zumba & Yoga. They're both my little happy getaways where I get to have fun, relieve stress, and share what has helped me so much with other's. I have always struggled with my weight up until finding Zumba & Yoga. Zumba has helped me to lose weight, and because I love doing it so much, it helps me maintain my weight and

keeps me healthy. Yoga has not only helped me strengthen & tone but has also helped me both mentally and physically. I believe I can help others reach their fitness goals, while having fun at the same time. Stay fit, stay strong, stay healthy, stay happy! Class Information

Monday's & Wednesday's: 5:30 PM - 6:30PM 13+ YRS
Fee: 6 week class $45.00
2x per week $70.00
