To complete the tasks to be undertaken during routine off season maintenance of a sailboat, we need not only people and time, but also materials.

Two major projects we have this spring, for the Nirvana, are to refurbish the hull below the waterline and the boom. Both are suffering flaking paint and need protection to stop further deterioration.

Our 35-foot Ericson keelboat, Nirvana, provides an ideal learning platform for all levels of sailing. It is sloop rigged with a furling headsail, traditional mainsail, spacious cockpit, wheel steering, inboard diesel engine, a marine head (toilet) and facilities for overnight journeys.

Nirvana is conveniently based in Keyport NJ on Raritan Bay with programs and classes that suit all levels of sailing experience.

We have a range of Keelboat courses that provide coastal cruising learning and sailing options.

This crew did an excellent job in rigging and decking out the boat ⛵️ for the Hackettstown St Patrick's Day Parade.🍀 Not only did they look great and spread the word about our club, but they received the second place prize! 🏆Now we definitely need a bigger shed!
