VRT Boot Camp encompasses much of the same training methods that are utilized in 1-on-1 personal training. Throughout the boot camp session, clients are tasked at their own pace through a progressive exercise program consisting of cardio development, resistance, strength, movement, core development, balance, stretching and foam rolling. They are educated on nutrition and the dietary effects on their metabolism, energy levels, fat production and weight. They are also educated on the benefits of supplements to help maximize their overall health and fitness regime. VRT Boot Camp has proven time and time again to substantially impact the lives of its participants who make a commitment to the program and who are seeking “A body tighter than their schedules”, and a longer, healthier life!
