Our favorite little troublemaker, snack thief, equipment climber, and full-time chaos coordinator is officially THREE! 😂

He’s known for running, climbing, exploring, and somehow finding his way into EVERYTHING. We’re not sure if he’s training for his first Shred class or just training the rest of us to keep up with him. 💪😂

We love watching this little guy grow up as part of the Shred512 family. Happy 3rd birthday, Holden! We hope your day is filled with cake, fun, and just enough chaos to keep things interesting. ❤️🎂

🚨 WEEKEND WARRIOR UPDATE 🚨

Due to a sudden trainer illness, tomorrow’s Saturday, August 8th Weekend Warrior class will be switching to a Guided Open Studio.

The good news? You can still come in and get your workout in! A workout will be up and available to follow during the scheduled class time, so you can move at your own pace and still get after it.

We appreciate your understanding and hope to see you in the studio tomorrow! 💪🔥

Today was all about our little athletes! 💙
Our Kids Day was filled with movement, smiles, confidence, and plenty of fun. Watching these kids work hard, encourage each other, and enjoy being active reminds us why we love what we do.
A huge thank you to all of the families who came out and made today so special. We can’t wait to do it again!
