But Coach Stigall’s focus is simple:

As the first female football coach in Hays history,
her biggest takeaway this spring has been the dedication of the players.

Showing up early.
Wanting to be there.
Buying into something bigger than themselves.

“That says a lot about this program.”

Now she steps into a new season.
building trust, building bonds, and becoming another voice these athletes can lean on.
